Kisseo's ecards are 100% free. They are a great way to keep in touch with friends and send last-minute wishes. Don't forget we also offer paid greeting cards (printed and mailed directly to your recipient) for those occasions that warrant just a little more "oompf"!
Over 200 of our ecards are compatible with smartphones and tablets. Each card is marked with an icon indicating their compatibility.
You will receive a confirmation email after each card you send. If you do not receive this email, it is possible that it arrived in your spam folder, so please check there. It is also possible that your ecard may arrive in your recipient's spam folder. In this case, you can copy the link from your confirmation email and send it directly to your recipient so they can view their card.

You can schedule your ecards in advance by changing the "Send date" field on the form. You will receive a confirmation email after your card has been programmed and another confirmation email on the day your card is sent.
It is possible that the card arrived in your recipient's spam folder. If you still have your confirmation email, you can send the link in that email directly to your recipient so they can view their card. You may also send another card to your recipient, for example, if you suspect you might have mistyped their email address on the first card.

We do not save the information from previous cards; it is likely your browser that is retaining this information. If you would like to remove this information, you must clear your browser's cache.
There are a few possible solutions:
1 - Download the latest version of your browser.

2 - Refresh your page by pressing F5 or wait until the page finishes loading.

No, it is not possible to edit or delete an ecard once it's been sent, even if it is programmed for a future date.

If you have a Kisseo account, you may log in, click "Settings" then "My password", and you may change your email address on this page.
If you do not have a Kisseo account, you may use a different email address the next time you send an ecard.
To delete your account, first you must log in. Then click on "Settings" then "My information". In the bottom right, click the link "Delete my account".
